Work hard and cheerfully at all you do, just as though you were working for the Lord and not merely for your boss or supervisor.

~Colossians 3:23, JEV

“If you want something done, ask a busy person to do it.

my thoughts red

People who get things done have conquered these four common time killers:

  1. Laziness– Organize you day, make the most of your time. Combine rest and relaxation with reading, meditating, listening to good music or the audio bible on YouTube. Don’t become a couch potato and TV-holic.
  2. Procrastination– A friend said to me Sunday, why do something that you can put off until tomorrow. We tend to put off the difficult assignments but do them first and then you can enjoy the rest of the day.
  3. Distractions– Losing focus and wasting our time on trivial pursuits is easy. The devil, the world and even our friends and family can distract from our main objective. Be focused and determined.
  4. Impatience– Remember Ben’s advice, “Haste makes waste.” Generally, if we slow down, make proper preparation like reading the instructions we will get a better result.

These are not my ideas, they come from a small book called “Horse Sense.”

Dewayne Bennich carries on an old family tradition but putting up cute little signs at their place of business. My all time favorite is: “Everyone makes us happy, some when they come in and others when they go out.” [Example: they are happy to see me come in and happy to see David go out] I have found another one Dewayne can use. “This business was established over 50 years ago and we have been pleasing and displeasing  people ever since. We have made money, we have lost money.  We have been cussed and discussed. We have been messed on, lied to, held up, cheated and defrauded. The only reason we stay in business is to see what is going to happen next.”

I will say this: we are going to keep on until the left takes every right we Christians have. For some reason, we don’t get upset unless they get into our pocket book. TAKE A STAND FOR BIBLICAL MARRIAGE.
  • We did not get a report on Alaina today: hopefully, things are better.
