Help!

SCRIPTURE: If you don’t help me, I will be torn apart like an animal caught by a lion. I will be carried away with no one to save me. {Psalms 7:2, ERV}

COMMENTARY: This is a Psalm of David. He is crying out to the LORD for help. David said, “LORD, if you don’t help me, I will be torn apart like an animal caught by a lion.” How would you fill in the blank? LORD, if you don’t help me_________________. LORD if you don’t help me, my ship is sunk…my goose is cooked…I am dead in the water. You get the idea, we are in desperate need of the LORD’s intervention.

EXTRA: Joe David leaves for El Salvador today. He is helping Teddy with a pastor’s conference. Gerry Cole is having a procedure on her eye today in Birmingham. It will be out-patient and she has to go back Wednesday for the second phase. Margaret Prater has surgery tomorrow at Decatur General. One month from today, we get to see Seth.

EXTRA:EXTRA: This year December has 5 Saturdays, 5 Sundays and 5 Mondays. This only happens every 824 years. In just a few days we will be at 12/12/12. This has happened once a month for 12 years but will not happen again until 2101. Chloe may be here but she would be 88.
